You can't go back any further than this. The Magnavox Odyssey was the first video game console and it certainly shows. There were no graphics, only overlays. Games weren't named and were even more primitive than pong. The games that were played: Tennis, Skiing, Simon Says, Football, Hockey, Analogic, Cat & Mouse, Haunted House, Submarine, States, and Roulette
